Partners Group, Breitling's majority owner, is funding the roughly $220 million development directly through its Empira platform rather than licensing the name. Arquitectonica's 70-story design wraps a curvilinear glass façade in bronze-toned framing over 300-plus residences and double-height penthouses, served by a 45,000-square-foot two-level B Social Club with rooftop pools. Construction is expected to begin in late 2028 for a 2031 completion.
